jellomello
Now that I think about it...didn't she skate to the "Red Violin" around that time too? Yep it was the music for her 99-00 long program. She also skated to the Adaigo from Spartacus for her short program in 04-05 and Scheherazade for her 01-02 long program. She always has the most beautiful and artistic programs Edited December 1, 2010 by jellomello
Directorofbands
I have to admit that I'm excited with what I've seen and heard from the Phantom camp so far. Shane Gwaltney as percussion caption is going to be exciting, the Juliet theme has some definite iconic Phantom possibilities, the all female color guard, and I know there were some excited girls over the new color guard co captions. Add JD Shaw working his brass magic and this should be a memorable year for them. The aforementioned "East of Eden" soundtrack - I listened to it and heard in my head what it could be if it was "Phantomized". I'm looking forward to their production because it sounds like it will be very audience accessable. Draw the audience in and nothing else really matters, does it?

Lance
hoping phantom stays away from all pieces named "Romeo and Juliet" and sticks with stunning music (like East of Eden) that can conjure the idea of "Juliet" without being quite so literal. stockman365
Here is hoping the guard is dressed in something sexy like black patent leather and thigh high boots as opposed to the grandma nighties they had on last year.

Lincoln
There is a video of a snare drummer performing on "that" website with the title of "Phantom Regiment - Feb Camp" the musical selections "East of Eden" and "Dies Irae" are noted in the description. Has anyone heard that "Dies Irae" is another selection for the 2011 program? Edited February 6, 2011 by LincolnV
