On the 3rd after havre de grace we'll be hangin at the harbour. If you mean the Inner Harbor in Baltimore check out Phillips Seafood Restaurant. They've been there for 30 years and are closing in September. They're an institution there. Don't know of any Harbour Restaurant or Bar & Grill in Havre de Grace and I shoot pool in a league there a couple times a week, so I guess you're talking about the Inner Harbor. Won't be there as I'm taking some time off because of ailing family members. But meeting up with people first thing at Dundalk and while waiting (and waiting) at HdG is always one of my favorite parts of the season.
