I graduated from West Virginia University in 1980, and being in the WVU Pride of West Virginia marching band is how I was introduced to drum corps. We played "drum corps greatest hits from the 70's." There's always Google Chrome. :D The only common thing between the two of you having issues is FIOS. It's possible that Verizon's doing some type of bandwidth "shaping" that's throttling video streaming, but you'd think that would affect Hulu. Oh, well.
