Ron H
DCI Minnesota is this Saturday, July 14th. 26 drum corps. The first time all the DCI corps compete together. Held in a spectacular venue designed specifically for great acoustics: the TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. As I understand it Minnesota Brass goes on last just after the Cadets. Yikes! The 2011 DCA Class A Champion, The Govenaires, will also be there. You can see it on the DCI Fan Network. I'd love to hear opinions from people who were at the Bridgeport show! Morphy00
I remember going on last at DCI prelims in 1999 with MBI. It was an unforgettable experience. Full house at Camp Randall and the crowd went absolutely nuts for us. I hope the folks marching this weekend get that same rush.

Ron H
So did anyone watch the DCI fan feed of MBI?
Geoff
I did! I thought it was a good show, as did my two friends who have never seen you before. You need to paint the car, however.
OrlandoContraAlum
MB was awesome last night! Show was engaging and fun, and very well done. Nod to Govies as well!
skeptic
Just used a friends FN... Watched both Govies and MBI. Loved them both! Looks like Govies have 2 holes and MBI has 4-5. Some dirt with both groups but readable shows and its only mid July. Looks like MBI has changed a bit since Bridgeport. Seems that both these corps will be in good positions to repeat. Randy Salas
You need to paint the car, however. The MBI car is painted a bright tan. It might look like unfinished wood because of the quality of the webcast, but that is the color that pops on the field. (The original Bonnie & Clyde car was gray/olive drab.) Yep, I've actually seen the real car many times. http://www.vegas.com/attractions/outside_lasvegas/getawaycar.html And it looked almost yellow on the broadcast. But if it looks better in person, cool.
Jeff Ream
Watched both. some good stuff. Obviously cleaning, tweaking etc to happen. Saw a vid of MBI floating around from Barnum too....improvements noticed.
