CallipygianKing
Great news! I've always had a special fondness for Alliance since huddling with them in the bathroom while Ernesto cleared the stadium during Class A prelims in 2006. See y'all on the 50 sometime in the near future, eh?
Sir Tix-A-Lot
I know the average age for Alliance tends to be lower than other DCA corps, but about how old were/are some of the older members? I was 41 in 2005, marching snare before I retired from the field. A blown knee tends to do that to a person that doesn't want to have to go through surgery again. :winky:/>/> There have been a few other members in the horn line in their 30's and 40's. N.E. Brigand
Does the name "Alliance" have some special significance in Atlanta? I notice there is also a professional theatre company by that name. (Edit: Or are you far enough from Atlanta that there really is no connection?) Edited September 23, 2013 by N.E. I marched in 2010 and I was 25 then. The oldest guy on the battery.

BOSMarcher
I cannot be sure, but I seem to remember seeing some older members on their hornline. They looked just as in shape as the younger members, though. I always thought Alliance's drill was pretty challenging for DCA... especially their last season out.
