NeutralNovice Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 Feed is working fine for me; however, I would take a camera and record the quality of the feed and perhaps even go to "speedtest.net" and record your ISP's current capabilities. If your ISP isn't having problems, then the problem with the feed is likely on DCI's end. With the recording, at least you'll have some level of evidence that may help get you a refund if you need it. Not saying it will work but better to have an arsenal than your bare hands.
