Tad_MMA
Since this is obviously a popular decision, I'm guessing that there won't be a problem w/ Albert Lo's 20.0 for CC? (Cadets: 19.7; BD 19.6) That's the second 20 in Brass performance given (BD in 2004 QF). There was never a "10" or a "15" on the field ('86 BD got a 10 in Brass Ensemble). I just wrote an article about corps stepping up, so you're welcome, Crown. Now do something about your battery. For encouragement, recall the 1984 Cadets winning DCI by only 0.1 despite a full 0.9 deficit in Percussion (as opposed to CC's .45). One year later, they won High Percussion in semifinals. btw, SCV broke Crown's record high 4th place score (96.8 --> 96.85). Oh, isn't Mr. Prosperie a Regiment alum? Yipes. 'Coats +1.5 on his sheet? That more than settled THAT tie. Edited August 11, 2013 by Tad_MMA
ashevillemurphy
What's up with grandma Czapinski and a fourth place guard score for Crown? Past time for some new and fresh faces in the judges ranks.
DarkHorner
What's up with grandma Czapinski and a fourth place guard score for Crown? Past time for some new and fresh faces in the judges ranks. Crown got 2nd in guard and Carlson judged it.
chris ncsu
What's with all the people late in the season on DCP knowing NOTHING about really anything. Not even basic fact checking.
Tez
Czapinski judged Visual Effect and did give Crown 4th place in Rep, but 1st in Perf... 2nd overall.
geluf
What's with all the people late in the season on DCP knowing NOTHING about really anything. Not even basic fact checking. This is a proud, longstanding tradition on DCP! Don't you like TRADITION???

soccerguy315
looks like they hate each other almost as much as their respective DCP posters...
DarrenE
Since people are talking about records and firsts for things. How about this one. Isn't Crown the first corps to ever win Division II (now Open Class) and then World Class?
CrunchyTenor
Oh, isn't Mr. Prosperie a Regiment alum? Yipes. 'Coats +1.5 on his sheet? That more than settled THAT tie. Jeff has a ton of integrity, and always plays fair. He's not a "homer". He saw Regiment as a 9th place percussion section last night. Some other judges could take lessons in integrity from Jeff. So, now can we put away the rumor that Jeff and JJ "gave" the championship to Regiment in 2008? Garry in Vegas
