Schedule for Sunday

Recommended Posts

I think nothing's been announced beyond the 5 p.m. official start time, but last year the first competitive corps started around 5:40 p.m.

look at it this way:

starts at 5.

Anthems

intorduce DCA folks and judges

Possible intros for some local dignitaries

Fran Haring jokes

Marines ( 25 minutes right there)

4 Aclass corps at 17 minutes each

10 Open Class corps at 17 minutes each

INT for probably 17 minutes in there too.

The Marine Drum and Bugle Corps is opening Finals with the national anthem... or anthems, since I'm not sure if they're doing anything other than the U.S. anthem.

The corps' exhibition performance is at the end of Finals this year, before the awards ceremony.

Last year, the schedule was pretty tight... so we didn't do the DCA officials' introductions.

As far as I can recall, we've never had an intermission at Finals. At least not since I've been working the show.

I'm sure the finalized schedule will be available soon enough.

That's...an unfortunate decision. They should go on first, and play the anthem at the end of their exhibition.

Is the minicorps champion likely to play in exhibition as was the case last year?

Everything I've seen indicates that's a "nope".
