kevingamin
Drum line is getting their primal on, removing their jackets and shakos. It's hard to see from up top, but what they wear underneath is flesh toned and makes them look tattoed, very tribal in nature.
kevingamin
Horn line on the left, very structured in form, playing Mighty Fortress. Guard and percussion on the right, very unrestrained, growling, and general rawness. Great execution of concept.
kevingamin
Drum line is now front and center and throwing down. In the back, the horns have ritual sticks which they dance with before also removing their jackets and shakos. They then come forward and do a ritual dance at the crowd before grabbing their horns and punching us in the face with primal chords. kevingamin
As somebody pointed out yesterday, the music devolves into discord throughout the show, depicting the descent into primal instinct from an audio standpoint.
