Gold star for the earliest show thread posting. Who's going to post the thread for the 2018 Lucas Oil Finals Finale. Anyone? I expect it by Friday.

Would love to attend this show.

But come on man. I hope you personally will keep this thread from dying. Its a month away.

*considereding starting a dublin 7/28 thread*

Hey. If we can turn this into a fight it'll probably keep itself alive for a while.

Consider it done.

I hate electronics!

I hate the G7!

Narration is dumb!

Drum corps is dead!

It's all George Hopkins' fault!

That should generate some sparks, hehehe.

But electronics is thd future. Electric jazz flute. Imagine it!

A microphone on the horn of every horn player, amplifying each sound. With carefully placed mega speakers to maximize the corpsgasm effect. You can change the effects instantly for each mic as well! Futuristic dci. Thats what i tell you.

As much as I want to keep the argument going, I can't. I think this may be the most innovative idea I've ever heard. I may need to shoot Hoppy an email.

The G7 allows for a diverse and marketable selection of elite drum corps that can gain mass appeal through their unique styles and history.

I can just imagine a cartoon show for the kids. And a movie starring philip seymour hoffman (i know he is dead) as Hopkins.
