I think the fact we know most judges names and about them proves that there's no hiding. They perform to the best of their ability and there is transparency! Most individual predictions keep the status quo for most of the corps, just moving a handful up or down notably. And then everyone's different opinions approximately balance out. So when people here complain about the judges "slotting", they should perhaps turn the charge back on themselves. Or alternatively, rather than being critical of the fans, give fans the credit for their insightful ability to determine that the placements tend not to have volatilty from one season to anorther.
