Jeff Ream
there's usually a break after 8 corps of 20 minutes or so, then after another 8-9 corps a longer break
BoyWonder1911
Im mainly concerned with a longer dinner break. Id like to have at least enough time to leave LOS and go eat somewhere and I'm sure dad would agree. And yes SF meant semi finals. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for all the replies. Now the next question would be safe but relatively close parking but i think there are already threads about that.
N.E. Brigand
I'm planning on taking my dad and nephew to Semifinals this year. I want to see more than just the top twelve. I know it's 25 corps, which makes for a long day, and that it will start at 2 p.m. What I'd like to know is if/when INT will play so that we can go eat and get rid of the ringing in our ears for a bit. I'm pretty sure there is a dinner break in the middle, but does anyone happen to have a copy of last year's SF time schedule? It would be nice to know approximately when the breaks are, how long they are, and how many there will be. DCI has not posted the time schedule for the competition yet, for obvious reasons. Thanks! This was last year's schedule: 12:30 PM - Gates Open 1:50 PM - Welcome and Anthems 2:00 PM – 7th Regiment 2:17 PM – Spartans 2:34 PM – Genesis 2:51 PM – Jersey Surf 3:08 PM – Mandarins 3:25 PM – Vanguard Cadets 3:42 PM – Pacific Crest 3:59 PM – Blue Devils B 4:16 PM - Intermission (30 Min.) 4:46 PM – Oregon Crusaders 5:03 PM – The Academy 5:20 PM – Spirit of Atlanta 5:37 PM – Troopers 5:54 PM – Colts 6:11 PM – Crossmen 6:28 PM – Madison Scouts 6:45 PM – Boston Crusaders 7:02 PM – Blue Stars 7:19 PM - Intermission (40 Min.) 7:25 PM - Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps 7:59 PM – Phantom Regiment 8:16 PM – Blue Knights 8:33 PM – The Cavaliers 8:50 PM – Carolina Crown 9:07 PM – Santa Clara Vanguard 9:24 PM – Bluecoats 9:41 PM – The Cadets 9:58 PM – Blue Devils Scholarship Presentations Bonfiglio Chairman's Award DCI Hall of Fame Recognition Volunteers of the Year Recognition Age-Out Ceremony Last scores announced
