If there's not already a thread going that I just haven't found, and you know where your favorite corps are staying that week, please post info here. Thanks! xandandl Posted July 23, 2015 Share Posted July 23, 2015 Due to many Indiana school districts starting school mid-summer (August first) and schools being open for at least Open Class champs, World Class prelims and World Class semi-finals, many corps split their housing sites. This includes renting motel/hotel rooms for mid-week and moving into a school for Friday night and Saturday. Some corps stay at a hotel for all the LOS shows. Deriving a "housing site list" is not as simple as for the usual eight or so DCI corps contest. I know Cadets will have multiple sites for the week. Gone are the days when DCI's was the third Saturday in August as when it first began or Boonton (NJ) "Nationals" were after Labor Day BITD. Now it's all dictated by ESPN and NCAA to get those football weekends in for the college bands and DCI instructional faculty run off to their scholastic band jobs.
