This is all uncharted territory here and corps are really concerned about this particular factor, as they should be. A number of colleges have prohibited any "non university" activity until at least June. There's also an article about schools cancelling "in person " graduation. So housing for corps in general (spring training/tour) may be tough. I would think that, if DCI does cut back the tour,tuition would have to be reduced proportionately.
