TexasPRfan Posted July 27, 2022 Share Posted July 27, 2022 Every corps should be in a real bubble by now. And it's not just Covid. Monkeypox is spreading fast. I have a friend who works in a refrigerated warehouse. He and 15 of his coworkers all have Monkeypox now. In Denton & SA, I saw tons of marchers who were in the stands with friends & family, maskless, from numerous corps. Corps can bubble themselves at their schools & in the lots, but it doesn't matter if the kids (or staff) can go mingle in the stands, etc. There's probably a better stand alone thread for this, but it just triggered something I've been meaning to say reading this thread. Hopefully if it does impact a corps, we’re talking about a kid or two, not a whole batch. That being said, let’s start putting drum majors and center snares in N95s at all times, please.
