And that's a hallmark of embodying excellence. I don't think anyone is disputing that. BD has the gold standard for a training program. They have students learning directly from them starting as young as 7/8(?) in the C corps, and their alumni and staff have a strangle hold on the band/wgi programs in the area. They are training students for years in their style of performance before they even think about auditioning. They have a talent pipeline that no one can touch. By the time those students reach BDB there is very little the staff has to do in terms of training.
