uncle z
Ummm, yeah, that would HAVE to be 1981 Cavies.............................................. Starring yours truly on Bass #2!!!!! :P Picasso Suite--awesome display of power AND finesse Sing, Sing, Sing--amazing display of technical proficiency Sambandrea Swing--I gotta disagree, Malibu, the crowd isn't cheering the double rifle work--they're cheering uncle z taking bass drumming to a new level!! Softly, As I Leave You--again, I know in my heart that the crowd isn't cheering for this Cavalier standard--they are enraptured with the realization that they are about to be subjected to uncle z's interpretation (often imitated but never duplicated)of that bass drum troop-the-stands classic "Iowa"!!!!!!!! uncle z--head the size of a planetoid with it's own weather system!! Mr. Clean
MN Brass bass line is good... B) You can check out some of their beats from last year on Drumlineparkinglot.net But once this years beats make it to the site I think you'll be more pleased speaking as a bass drummer. For a bunch of seniors they sure can play some e's and a's. "We've got the runz" -2004 MN brass bass
Gbassman5
I thought SCV's bassline was awesome this year, even better than last year. they definitely had Eddie Montoya and Juan Gomez grinning. The SCV basslines of 1992-1999 HAD to be THE hottest things to hit the earth since the marching bass drum. -Giancarlos B)

kimelabari
I think that SCV has the hottest bass line around Kim
Carl306
Did anyone here happen to hear Phantom Regiment's bassline?'Nuff Said... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I love how their staff was able to arrange that long bass segment with the soprano run towards the end of the show. Hot stuff. Edited September 13, 2004 by Carl306
Herbel
I have to say Cadets '03 bassline, just because I downloaded a video of them playing one of the grooviest beats I've ever heard. Go here to see it. It's "The Cadets, Clip #1." Edited September 12, 2004 by Herbel
