sarnia sam
Some photos from 1976 DCI Midwest Finals Kingsmen You sure that's 76? The guy on the right side of the 50 in the middle was in Toronto in 76, and so were both the short guys on the bookends. Regards, John

Look at BD's guard in the background. Those are their "new" unis.
lindap
Some photos from 1976 DCI Midwest Finals Drum Majors at Retreat I did a google search on "1976 DCI Midwest Finals" (including the double quotes) and ended up on www.fromthepressbox.com. The retreat photo shows the same 10 corps. I remember marching in Wisconsin in 1976 and then getting back to Kitchener-Waterloo to tour with Dutch Boy Cadets and then meeting up with Oakland Crusaders for the finals. Hazy memories of that summer for me. Edit: at the top left could be my boots in there somewhere. I marched flag with Oakland Crusaders in 76. Thank you, ajedrummer. Yes it is 76....I know all too well because they took 10 corps in finals - Kingsmen took 10th and we were 11th. That was the last year that they only took 10! jim Edited December 9, 2007 by ajedrummer
