bill
well, june is sneaking up on us...anyone know what the battery numbers for corps are? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> After the auditon process: at present The Kilties are fielding 6 snare, 3 quints, 5 bass, 5 cymbal. Have equipment to add 2 snare, 1 quint, but it may be too late, that would be the "call" of Caption Head Chris Thompson based on talent and work ethic. The bass line was already reduced from 6 to 5 bass two months back. The pit has 8, but would be nice to add one more mallet player.
csdrummer
Capital Sound is marching 6 Snares, 4 Tenors, 5 Basses, and 4 cymbals...I beleive their are 7 in pit but I am not certain, between 10-15 in guard (really not sure) and There are around 30 horns. Compared to last year's 37 member corp (3 snares, 2 tenors, 5 basses, 0 cymbals) that's not bad numbers. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> hey marty, we only had 4 bass drums last year.... jeez.... :P

Carl306
Has Southwind always had a cymbal line? I don't recall seeing one on the field last year.
