I absolutely agree but of course I am bias. Plus, I was honored to be able to wear this uniform 3 times before they were changed in '76.

I remember that article...it was in the sunday supplement "Parade" wasn't it. It talked about how SCV needed help raising money to go on tour. That was from 70 or 71, wasn't it? Wow.

Duane Schimmel (soloist), John Hendrickson(solo'd 85 Madison), Tim Morning, Rick "Bubbles" Hauler, Steve "Stymie" Lenane (81, 82, 84, 85 soloist), Gino Cipriani (84, 85 soloist, now one of the killer brass instructors), Doug Peterson, John Steveson, Julia [ can't recall the last name]

Todd Clark [ 87 soloist ], Henry De Lao, Mike Deak (86 soloist), Russel Bridgewater, John Trombeta (youngest guy in the horn line at 14. 86 soloist, went on to play and write for Aretha Franklin).

I wore that album out!

Not much left but the vinyl....Still have an orange crate full of them Fleetwood babies tucked away in a nice cool closet.

Get them out every once in a while for reference.
