huskerman15
Being a GNP graduate I would also like to add that being in his camp was the greatest experience EVER. Never in my life have I learned so much (leadership and non-leadership related) in one week. Definately going back as SWAG.
ech2os
18 years already. Wow. Can't believe its been that long since I have seen him catch that Mace. Unreal.
Jeff Ream
ya know, growing up due to corps rivalries locally, i wasn't a Parks fan. with old age, and the chance to talk to him in 2000, i respect the #### out of the man. if the Bucs are in the hunt at finals, i think it would be a huge hype for George to lead them on the field, mace in hand. Jeff Ream
oh...dad reminded me of a classic story. Carlisle, 1982...my little brother was 6, and he liked George...odd given his roots :P so he walks up to George, shakes his hand ( GP was GREAT with kids) then tells him Westshore had a guy who could throw a rifle higher than he could throw his mace. George smiled and said he'd work on it. Scottie thanked him and walked away :P
