Phansouth
Mandarins- great job with Spartacus love theme Crown- Great staging and dynamics Boston- typically heart felt Spirit- nice arrangement Crossmen- James Taylor should hear it. Cadets- Powerful stuff Cavies- best mellophone note of the decade... on the ladders. But Rhapsody was just too tasty to not be the best this year. Tony L.
The Cadets showed us a new way of conceiving a ballad and did so while masterfully performing a very haunting piece of music. For me, it's The Cadets without question. In addition, I really liked Capital Regiment's and Troopers' ballads too.
Boybugle63
Cadets!
OldNumber7
IMO the Cadets played one of the best ballads ever put on the field this past year.
li270
crown, by far. i love that song, and i thought they did an amazing job with it. the cadets ballad, while well-played (of course), didn't impress me all that much. i think i even got a little bored watching it a couple times. <_<
yabetterbelieveit
Dancer in the Dark. Dark and beautiful. Crown in second.
Maestro767
def Crown... Cavies a close second.
liebot
Definitely Cadets, with Boston in second. Crown's ballad bored me - way too long for my tastes.

stickman882002
I loved Cadets and Cap Reg. Capital's had this awesome eerie sound to it and it was spine tingling.
