In order for it to be brought to the general membership, the location must be stated by one director and seconded by another. Then in two weeks I'll put up a poll of all the "eligible" cities. Critia for bid Good location Easy access (parking, warm-up, etc.) Safe for members and fans (not in the "bad parts of town") Domed stadiums can be allowed "Football only" stadiums are meaningless to DCP-I. All stadiums are fair game. Make sure you link the stadium so we can see what it looks like also. These are about the only things one needs to worry about.
