<<< Dream 2006 Open House >>>

Recommended Posts

The demise of "The Santa Ana Winds" has been overly exagerated. I spoke to Bob Ward last weekend at a friends wedding. He is going to retire, but he is currently looking for a replacement. He will stay on as administrator, but he doesnt want to run the day to day and rehearsals any longer.

The biggest problem he is having is that everyone he has talked with wants to change it into a drum & bugle corps and Bob absolutely does not want that. He said there are not enough junior bands left, and very few doing parades, so he is adamant about it staying a band.

Hey ALL percussionists,

Why not come down to So Cal Dream's open house and become a member of the So Cal Dream. How often do you get the chance to play a book written by a legend? This is another great announcement. 2006 is looking better and better every day!
