xelanosa
SCV 1990 copper prototype freefloating Pearls--we used them in the winter before the 91 season, before the new ones came in. Those things were beautiful, but heavy!

Cadets gold sparkle fade from last year Cavaliers black sparkle Yamahas from 02 and 03. BD's skyblue pearl Ludwigs from 78 and 79.

Snapettes Mom
Renegades 'Dresden' drums look really awesome against the black uniforms as well as in the lot. People would just stare and say things to the line about how great they looked from other corps and fans standing around. SCV The light maple or brass. Blue Coats '05 VK Dayglow. Special props to the Snapettes for using dear head trophies mounted to the front of their snare drums. tommytimp
Between 82 and 87 Garfield had different drums every year. 82-white Slingerlands 83-pearl Pearls (ha) with blue trim 84-Gold Pearls 85-Chrome Pearrls 86-"Disco ball" Pearls 87-Wood grain Pearls That's what being a three-peater gets you. I remember looking out at the parking lot at Birmingham in 86, then seeing SCV's truck and yelling "Santa Clara has green drums!" Nobody believed me until they walked into Legion Field. I thought those were the coolest.
