I have great memories of Allentown starting with High School and coming in second by a tenth of a piont to marching with Crossmen in 84 to taking my x-wife there in 85. Shes buried under the tree along the road next to the staduim. Ok she's not but but I do like the area.

but if not Allentown, not Philly or Boston, then were. Rochester, Erie, Baltimore, Salisbury MD??? How about Norfolk VA. Would give DCI a whole new audience.

You know it IS possible if someone with clout could talk to the folks at Norfolk State University or Old Dominion University.

It would only take me 10 minutes (on a good day) to get there!

I would like to see DCI East go back to Massachusetts, where it was founded.

May be the show could go to Alumni Stadium at Boston College, Nickerson Field at Boston University, Holly Cross Stadium at Holy Cross College.

Has the DCI East committiee ever thought of bringing it back home where it all started???

That would be nice to have a Big Show back in the Boston Area, not just the Saders show.

Drum corps shows are dead in Massackusetts, which once thrived with hundreds of shows yearly.

Could someone refresh my memory concerning the upper deck not being available? Didn't it have something to do with structural integrity and not safe? If so, isn't it the contractor's responsibility to correct? Just asking.
