Based on what I've seen of their show this year, all of these elements are in place. You also need to have drill. People are already saying that the Blue Stars are better than Pioneer, who has been at LEAST a Quarterfinalst for YEARS. This is in June. The last time the Blue Stars were this close to Pioneer in June was probably 1992, a year in which they (Pioneer) placed second!. Yes, Blue Stars were div 2 last year. If they had made the move to div 1 a season earlier, they probably wouldn't have been. They are the only corps to go from 12th to 5th in one season (1975). Also, last year was a pretty cool show.
