Financially, the organization does not get much support from the community. However, I think many people really like the corps and know what it is. They may not realize how big of a player the corps is on a national level, but most people I've talked to know they corps is "really good." There will be nearly 4,000 people -- hopefully more than 4,000 -- at Show of Shows. Most of them come from Rockford and the immediate area. BTW, the newspaper does briefs on every competition PR has.
