The official notification from Director John Stark came to DCA within the past hour. The Imperials had earlier plans to compete as a Class A division corps, but have now determined they will not be able to properly prepare for competition in 2006. On behalf of DCA, I want to express our thanks to the Inperials organization for their consideration. We really hope to have you join us in 2007.
