BlondeContra
Hey Rich, She did call us Cali. <**> Maybe southern california is her thing after all :P J/K Trav Cali is a short word for California...no mean to offend anyone :-p I'm feeling some competition between these corps that could use another contra player out west... Jomusichn
Contras are always needed! I wish you the best of luck, nomatter which group you pick. I suggest that you attend a camp of each one and see where you feel the best vibe. If time and money are constraints and if you have a "Junior Corps" Desire, I would reccomend Pacific Crest. The juniors arn't for everybody, we have several youngin's in our line. JW

Of course, every corps wants "MORE CONTRA!" We would certainly welcome another. Now, if we could just get the judges to stop calling them "TUBAS", we'd be in good shape. :sshh:

Haha, every once-in-a-while I catch myself calling my beloved Ludwig a tuba and sometimes saying 'band' instead of 'corps' Hey, gimme a break-I'm only in my 2nd season at Mon Valley B) Can't wait for our show this Saturday in NY-I think we're gonna kick some major butt and pump out some serious sound muahahaha! ^0^
ducttapedgerbil
Cali is a short word for California...no mean to offend anyone :-p I'm feeling some competition between these corps that could use another contra player out west... FYI, nobody in California calls it "Cali" nor do we call Orange County "The O.C.". For educational purposes here are some of the names of different places/regions of California... SoCal (where conservatives live) NorCal (where liberals live) Central Coast (that which lies between NorCal and SoCal) The 909 Valley of the Dirt People (also knows as the 909) Where dirt goes to die (what lies beyond Valley of the Dirt People) Central Valley (where most of the agriculture is and nobody wants to live) San Diego (time warp to about 15 years ago) Donner Pass (people-cicles) north of NorCal (granola, birkenstocks, and marijuana) Sacramento (even though it is the capital nothing ever happens there, a real ####hole) Fresno (armpit of the nation) Gilroy (garlic capital of the world) Madonna Inn, San Luis Obispo (where a man can take a pee into a waterfall) Cholame (where James Dean died)

Want to play in a corps that uses 3-valve Bb contras tho
Jeffreelancer
RCR uses 4 valve Bb contras. We have four so we would have to procure more if we have more than four players, but that can be arranged.
scrappyslap
Renegades in NoCal and three valve G contras
PaNors77
The 909Valley of the Dirt People (also knows as the 909) Now 951 has been added. :sshh: Where dirt goes to die (what lies beyond Valley of the Dirt People) Much of which is 760. Why they share that area code with the San Diego people is beyond me. B)
