Um...Blue Knights beat Crown the other night and SCV beat Blue Knights by 5 points tonight. I highly doubt SCV has to be concerned with Crown at this point. gellio Posted August 3, 2006 Share Posted August 3, 2006 Crown beat SCV last Saturday and SCV edge them on Monday. That was last Saturday and Monday, not last night. Obviously SCV is improving tremendously. They won brass and guard (as said before) and took 2nd in overall visual. I HIGHLY doubt Crown is even remotely that close to Bluecoats and Cadets. SCV's show has probably the most potential of anyone's out there - you have to see it live to understand this. It's not surprising that they are moving up. I really hope they can snag 4th. That would be a coup this year. It's exciting. Brass win! Wow! Bluecoats and Cadets have great brasslines. Drums seem to be their (SCV's) biggest problem right now. It was recorded on opening day at Pacific Procession. Compare that CD recording to any current APDs and they've taken A LOT out of their opener. :( I liked the way they had it to begin with much better.
