Jim Jones was the Troopers' founder, and executive director from 1957-1987.

Don Warren founded the Cavaliers in 1948, and handed the corps manager duties over in 1975 (but is still the president of the board I believe...at least according to his DCI Hall of Fame bio).

Jerry Seawright took over as manager of the Blue Devils organization in 1964 and retired following the 1983 season.

I think Roman Blenski would blow all those guys out of the water, tenure-wise.

Roman Blenski the Second, not RBJ, I assume? Hes been executive director since 1961 (when the corps was founded), and corps director this past season.

Edit: Obviously, that'd be 45 years.
