Music City Legend Drum and Bugle Corps, Tennessee’s first and only all-age drum and bugle corps, is pleased to announce its show concept and musical repertoire for the 2007 competitive season. Based in the Nashville area, the corps was founded in 2003 and grew from a 21-member “Mini-corps” in 2004 to Class “A” the following season. Last year, the corps entered Open Class competition and earned full membership in DCA.

“MCL” hopes to continue this growth for the 2007 season as it explores the underworld in its production, Night Life: Hits of The Mob. Power, turf wars, the city’s nightlife, murder, and vengeance all play a role in this year’s production, which features the music of Harry Connick, Jr., Gordon Goodwin, Jerry Goldsmith, and Danny Elfman.

Nice to see a program announcement that actually talks about what pieces are being played. Something you don't see very often these days. :)

Go MCL! ^OO^
