People get mad if Corps A misses a regional and their corps (corps B) attends every regional but is scoring lower than Corps A, so therefor they are placed lower going into Quarters. If Jersey Surf comes out swinging, I sense some arguments again, just like in 2007.

I definitely agree. I mean how is it that people who paid less for the DCI FN get the same discount as the members who paid almost double? So yes I think it should be part of the people who paid the initial price.

I went and looked on their website, but I didn't see him on the Drum Corps staff that they added. So I assume he might possibly be with the Winter Guard?

WOW, some interesting names in there! Lets hope they get some good fan network stuff at the beginning of the year, so we can see if things are any different this year! :D

I think it will take some time and a few events for them to get the acoustics figured out. You will never know exactly what a venue will sound like or how it will react. So I'm sure many people are working on making the stadium a better performance venue, so I bet by the time Finals rolls around everything will be ready to go!

I always heard some of the drummers at one of the high schools I taught at saying "Yah, BD uses Scott Johnsons, so if we use those we'll be able to drum like them!" I can't believe some people actually look at things from that way, but what can you do about it? Cause there is no changing their minds.

Why twin sets of 6 for the bass drum? Just have 12 marchers out there. . . it can be like another contra section!
