Been complaining about that for decades, but I'm reading the Cavaliers book, and they complain about the lack of consistency in the 50s -70s. I think consistency is over rated. BOA usnt as consistent from night to night, why should DCI be so? Because they mostly judge the design. BOA is now starting to do the same though.

Just to share about Bloooo. Their member's PARENTS don't even know what their show is. Well, the member's parents that I talk to. ....and they're cool drumcorps marching parents who marched with some of the staff. Blooo ain't playin' this year. I say WATCH OUT! The silent ones are DANGEROUS!

Had to read your post twice. College stadiums have more seating capacity. NFL stadiums are larger buildings, especially the domed ones. Got it!

I try very hard to call out and pick out things I don't like from every corps, including the Blue Devils, and even more extremely my corps. I actually try harder to be kind and fair when being critical of Concord. You should hear me complain about the Cavaliers when they design a dud. I think it's better to have candor, but it's also important to be positive too when being critical.

Honestly Chief, I've dealt with alum outside of corps, and my sampling has been entitled individuals. I could call out some specifically, but that'd be crude.
