Hey. I know there are several people who shoot down or are not interested in open class. I want to make sure that your open class tix are not going to waste. I am a FMM of a Div 2 corps and I am going to Finals. However, I just barely got enough money to make there and for the World Class ticket to Finals night, so again, if you have a free ticket to Open Class Finals, I would love to see my former corps march. I honestly don't have the 20 bucks for a ticket. Thanks! Please PM me. Serious replies only plz.

I don't understand how anyone could have 92 Cavies on their "didn't like" list. Then again, the avatar explains it all.

For me, it's actually pretty rare that I like the championship show the best out of any of the corps' performances that year. In fact, the only years it's happened is 92 and 04. I DID NOT like the following championship shows: 99 SCV and BD (didn't like either, nor 3rd place cavies. Cadets were my fav that year in 4th) 02 Cavies 05 Cadets

I'm not in the least peaved. I felt like although I didn't have much money, the 69 dollar membership for fan network at the time i got it was an excellent deal for as much as we got to see. The people who pay 30 bucks less now missed out on a lot of stuff!

Not a chance! The rifles alone from this year are SICK!! This is some INCREDIBLY difficult work that is only rivaled with that of BDs guard this year. I think if Crown continues to clean, they will very well be in line to win top guard at finals. My favorite guard traditionally, PR, is for the birds this year, so I had to change to Crown.

Excellent showing for the Regiment tonight. Oh, how I am happy that they are closing in (but wish it were the Devils instead). Again, after perusing the recaps is VISUAL, this is their major weakness. GE and MUSIC are great! I'm hoping for an 06 turn around, specifically in the Vis dept. Hopefully guard and feet will continue to work and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. GO REGIMENT!!!

I dissent. I feel that Phantom's show is a couple notches behind BD's visually, although I love Phantom's show. I feel Phantom has to be CLEANER than BD in order to overcome them.

Uhh, predictions: 8. BK (no brainer, good show, but not in the top 7's league) 7. SCV (have they cleaned enough, I think it'll be finals week before they pass the coats again) 6. Bluecoats (the brass break is what's saving them from being passed by SCV. NO one can resist that wall of pure brass.) 5. Cadets (please note, the next three results will be closer than ever) 4. Crown (I think perc helps Phantom pass crown, but only by the tiniest bit) 3. PR (by the skin of their teeth, thanks to the guard for putting them over Crown for that extra hard work, finally) 2. Cavies (closes in on BD, hopefully without even the new ending) 1. BD (like it or not, these kids are beasts. They come to play (and march)).

I believe that uniforms are becoming more appropriate to the themes over the years. Sometimes that requires outlandish (to us) uniforms. It really bugs me when people don't "get it." I know several of my friends who were like "they are wearin' weave" to crown's show last year. I simply shook my head in disdain.

As long as the placements are different come finals, I don't care how they are tonight. Great job to every corps who performed tonight. I become more amazed with each viewing. Now, it's time for MY faves to clean the heck outta their shows and start passing people. Rear view mirror!

I'm completely nonplussed by the results. I wanna like BD. Their perform their show excellently, but for some reason I end up disappointed with the results every time. The only results that made me smile was Crown. But what about my Phantom?

uhh..doubtful. My guess is Cadets or Crown.

Worst by far I've seen was a Finals performance of the Crossmen in 04 I believe when a guard girl dropped her rifle at absolutely the wrong part of the show. A horn block was coming her way, and she was trampled, other's tripped, etc. They still came out 11th though, i think. I wasn't there, I just watched over and over on the DVD. He he.

Well, I feel as if the top 19 corps are really happenin' this year! I actually enjoy just about every show. However, Pioneer's show....well

Some people really boil my blood! A+B=C; except when B is opposite and every other number......... One show head to head determines that BD will win. Corps X could put an absolutely amazing closer (visually and musically) on the field and wipe the floor with everyone else.... So... it's too close too call, and too soon! I love it when people emphatically state a position, and ARE COMPLETELY WRONG, that's all.

Cameraman, Why on earth would you zoom in on a dead guy at the end of the show? Let us see that beautiful guard go to work!!! (PR's show)

WHOA! Thats quite a spread for those who thought Phantom would top or win! I'm a huge Phan, but it just didn't do it for me tonight.
