JB Crum? YUCK! Worst stadium EVER! The surroundings may be nice, but that doesn't make a good SHOW site. Most unenjoyable shows I've ever been to. Might hold memories, but worth keeping an event there when there's SO many better places? Don't think so. Might have great organizers, too, but they could do it somewhere else even better. And I'm not so sure what the criteria is for 'great organizers' but running out of that staple - bottled water - shouldn't happen. IMHO - update DCI East to a facility at least similar to the other regionals.

Hope it helps them all! Would be nice for this thread to not get buried. How does one request a 'sticky?'

I think you're dead-out wrong on this momobloo. Having been both, I would respectfully submit that most "dedicated fans" and "member's families" would totally understand the concept and graciously accept it.SUTA!

Cookeville... Just gave up and left the stadium. Looks like the rain's going to last a while, although it's not raining all that hard. I've seen shows done in worse, but that was before amps.

Don't know because I didn't stop, but don't see why not.

Was curious to see if the Cadets were rehearsing on the football field at Cookeville HS, since the HS marching band was never allowed to. So, I just went by CHS to see and they're not. They're rehearsing at TTU. A twist I found humorous - the CHS teams are the Cavaliers, so there's banners all around the school that say "Go Cavs!" Nice to wake up to, huh?

What's the status of "The Presidents" all-age corps from Greeneville in East TN?

AMEN! Hahaha! ... true, too! Cadets score ridiculously high... Best Cavies show in years... Regiment is simply awesome... Point spread is out of wack!... Crown should have topped Boston... Great for Southwind!... Enough already of the drumspeak - let the instruments speak for themselves!! Had a guy talking almost non-stop next to me in the theater, too - except during the historical intro to each corps! Would have helped if he'd at least turned his head toward the person he was speaking to, instead of straight ahead. Had to bite my tongue not to add my opinion to his, though... he knew it all (just ask him!) Then there was the guy right behind me with the cell phone - not one call, but two!! Here's hoping tomorrow night's top tier scores are more realistic!

Less 'yowsa' for sure, but not enough less!! They 'personalized' Murfreesboro, too. They should have left the dance marathon concept to the legacy of James Logan!

Definitely sounds like the theory being used, but how sad. The corps should be competing against each other, not on a judges 'history' - that's crazy! IMHO

The guard doesn't have their unis yet, but think tango! They've worn black unitards at all appearances so far.

RAH YEA!! Chris Maher is going to Leander? Then maybe we'll get some new shots of the Regiment on corpsrep.com!? Think the last Regiment show he was at was Columbus... ages ago. I'll be watching for your reviews, too. Saw Regiment in Phoenix and won't see them again 'til Murfreesboro, unless I decide to make the Kennesaw trip. (3 hours + work night = probably not) REGIMENT RULES!!
