My most enjoyable shows so far are Santa Clara and Phantom. I am loving Crown's music but just am not digging their drill this year.

Next corps is Blue Stars - 8:16 p.m.

The scouts have a confidence about them that shows in their performance that is great to see again.

Wow this was my first viewing of the year for Crossmen and they are much improved over last year! Much better drill and far better hornline. And another amazing job by Aaron Guidry!

So David Glyde actually arranges the music and Wayne Downey is their orchestrator? That's what I was thinking.

Who actually arranges the music for BD, like takes the source material and turns it into what we hear on the field, not just arranges the music for the differnt instruments. If that makes sense. Wayne Downey or David Glyde?

I was just pondering this question and was wondering what others had to say. If the Blue Devils would have won the championship last year instead of Phantom and all of the corps this year gave the exact same finals performances would the results still have been the same?

Man their visual program may not be up to par but Phantom has some of the best brass licks of the night!!

It is my least favorite championship show. By a good margin. To me at least it also has the easiest drill of any show in the top 8 his decade.

Yeah I didn't mean any disrespect to any of the other corps but this was my thinking in making this thread. At the moment their is a decline in points after bluecoats so that is why I only included these top six corps.

Now that the top six seem pretty well set I was wondering who you think has the strongest design that will make it the rest of the season, and who has the weakest design and the most work still to do.

Yeah I am just hating it for those poor kids who are having to suffer these scores because of a poor visual design staff.
