Nice job! I think you have a future in uniform design. The marching band/drum corps activity needs fresh, new ideas.

Capital was on fire last night! Major improvments from the first competition and plenty of room to grow. I have not seen and unfortunately will not get to see the other corps that they are neck to neck with, but I would be suprised if Capital doesn't make finals with this corps. Capital, are you no longer using the tubes? I can't wait to see the show in Crew Stadium. Going on after the Blue Devils won't bother them one bit.

UPDATE: As of 3:30 est, it has stopped raining. the radar looks favorable, with the bulk of the rain staying south of I-70. Some spotty showers are still happening, but we should be ok come show time. However, I would bring a raincoat.

Right now at 8:40 am, there is no rain, but an 80% chance <**> later this afternoon. We had around an inch of rain late yeaterday with some storms that came through yesterday. The field at the show tonight is athletic turf (artificial stuff that looks real).

Capital Regiment! Based on the history of how they seem to improve dramatically by the end of the season, plus the fact they are much better corps at the start of the season and ALL 3 sections are great! Can't wait to see them tonight in Dublin.

I was very pleased with the quality of the APD, and even more pleased with Capital!! WOW! It's quite obvious this show is musically demanding, and they did a pretty dang good job being that was there 1st competition of the year. This is serious top 12 material. I hope the visual/GE end of the show improves. If history proves itself again, GE will continue to climb. I can't wait to see this show!

I certainly hope the judges are taking malufunctions into consideration. I don't care what corps it is, what division, or even it's my favorite corps, it's part of the production and should be judged accordingly.

Capital Regiment must have got the "first show jitters" out of the way. Nice jump in score for Capital!! This score is where I thought they would have started back in Columbia.

This uniform looks awesome on the field! I miss the bars too, but this is sharp looking uniform.

I got to watch Capital in their run thru last Sat in the new uniforms. The show is demanding, visually and musically. The new unforms are sharp. Sorry, that's all you're getting from me about the uniforms :sshh: When the show was over, it left me wanting more. The closer is alot of fun. Tons of stuff going on. I think alot of people will be humming parts of the closer after they see the show. Great job, Capital!
