That gave me a shiver down my back just reading that.

As a volunteer I did have female member ask me that if we went to the store that day to please pick up her some products and of course we made that happen. I sent my child powder gatorade in a care package as she would add it to her water when they were some place the water had that strange taste to it. Socks I think is a big thing kids replenish over the summer. I know my child has said they had gotten so muddy or dirty from a rain practice that it wasn't worth it to keep them and out they got tossed.

Saw kids buying pints of ice cream at truck stops.

I wonder if that will hold true as you go higher.

How did they do the sound check. Have a band come in and play multiple times?

One thing there probably will not be any arguments on whether the roof is open or closed. The championships is in November...so I think it will be closed.

I would say the majority of the time...add Cadets to anything and for sure it will become that.

No. Believe most drum corps have one maybe two auditions in the late fall/early winter then do not go again til after WGI finals.

What will be interesting is will the guard go back to all female.

Cadets 06 guard even started out wearing the same costumes from 05.

So what do we do with the adults that talk during shows.

I had to chuckle while putting out food one member mentioned...as he thanked me....wow...I'm going to have to start cooking for myself. My reply was...I get to start cooking for one again!

Yes. I imagine the field came into play for the Crossmen guard member that went down and had to be carried off the field.
