I have posted on their FB page and sent a message via Facebook with no response so far.

My son purchased a pair of tickets to the Atlanta regional from the SOA website in June. His account has been charged but we have not received tickets or an email confirmation of the purchase. There is no contact information on the website except for an email for the Director. We really don't want to bother the director with this problem as he has a lot of more important stuff on his plate at this time. Does anyone have contact information for Spirit or someone who can sort out this problem? The even is getting close so time is of the essence. Thanks for any assistance.

Would be nicer if they had White balanced their cameras prior to the broadcast. Color is way off.

Its freezing up for me and my internet speed is 45mb down. Should be no freezing with that speed.

When ours was set to "Best" our video was terrrible. We had to switch to 540, then to 720p to get better resolution. If you see no difference, then "Best is working right for you and you are getting 720p.

So far I am n0t impressed with the new platform. Video is jumpy, freezes, and is not 1080p. Audio is jumpy too. Not to mention the advertisements. There should be no advertisements on a paid product, period! DCI Promos during preaks in the program are fine, but if I have to watch a commercial every time I change cameras, or if I have to refresh due to a freeze and get another commercial that is not good, and I will call DCI to complain about that.

How are you using the Apple TV? We are mirroring from a MAC Pro laptop and it is working fine here.

I am having the same problems and there is no live chat button on my screen. If this persists I will be asking for a refund because this is ridiculous.

BD's show was just boring to me after Crown tonight. They were on fire! E=mc2 All is well in this Carolina home tonight: Braves win 14 in a row and take a 15.5 game lead on the Notinals! Panthers beat DA Bears! Carolina Crown wins DCI Semi-Finals by .65 over Bd IT is not Impossible!

Not to mention several posts in the finals thread saying that BD won the trophy alone and attempting to show the math to prove it.

I had BD pegged as the winner before I ever saw thier show, it just seems to work out that way almost every year no matter what. They get away with stuff the other corps can not get away with! Agreed that it is by far the best show Crown has ever done, and IMNSHO it was worthy of being first place. As for BD, it's not hard to execute a show whose theme is non conformism. When that is your theme, you can really get away with murder. There is no reason for clean, straight lines, music can be discordant and it is easy to claim that was planned. To me the BD's show was a total anti-thesis of what Drum Corps and all marching arts is supposed to be about. I too am anxious for 2013, but I am afraid, like many others here, that more corps will try to copy what BD did this year, and take the activity much further away from what pleases the crowd, and they will start pandering toward the "High Art" that the judges seem to favor, but that which will ultimately keep butts out of seats.

If the web folks at DCI would not wait until the last second to post the link, it would work so much better. They could post the link and let people even to go video, and jus thave a still frame of the logo or something there with no audio then take it live when retreat starts. They COULD do that if they wanted to,but for some anal reason they refuse to even post the link until after the last corps has left the field. Then the server gets hammered every year and everyone groans and gripes, understandably. There are times like this that I feel like the top leadership of DCI is not in tune with the fans at all.

Agreed, our local high school has a much better announcer for their annual band competition, not that I have any personal connection with him.... LOL

Can someone please get a message to the camera operator to OPEN THE APERTURE!!! Even if the lights are not great, surely there is some gain left in the camera!!
