Bloo's show was great the first time I saw it. By finals I want to see how they turn up. It's no surprise they are leading this pool. I'm surprised SCV doesn't have more votes though. That show was amazing. Terrific use of props and musically blew me away. I loved the trombones standing in the pillows

So I saw Akron and the Cavies went on first. I must say that they were wonderful to watch. The music was perfect to the theme and the guard really played to the theme. Since its only the beginning I the only thing that I can wish that they would do it let the euphonium solo have a bigger part. The solo was really soft and not much was going on with it. Again it also could have been where I was sitting (high middle between left 45 and 50) and I just did not hear it as well. Besides that the show rocked!

I saw them tonight. The music was pretty good but I don't see how it fits their theme of "Animal Farm". I'm going to do more research on it but for now it was kind of a head scratcher in Akron tonight.

You have taken everything being said tonight out of context. If anything, remind me to stay out of NJ where everything you might say get thrown in your face. Please theCHEZman, grow up. We are all critical of shows. Get over it. I am a proud BD fan, I put up with crap from people on DCP all the time with people ragging on their shows past and present. I put up with it cause what am I to say? I am critical of theirs shows too. Just like last year I didn't like the show at all and I believe it placed where it deserved. Not every corps is treated the same. If they did then this wouldn't be a summer long COMPETITION WITH AWARDS AT EACH SHOW. For you to sit at your phone and computer and tell us that we are too critical is complete BS. Not every show that every corps puts on is a crowd pleaser. Not every show is one that I run home to talk about, and we have the opinion to express how we feel.
