I think that there would be a better chance for success, at solving the problems/issues, if one person in particular was no longer involved in the organization.

Is someone already at Trexler? Is there a school that's already hosting a corps, that can provide sleeping accommodations to a second group? And could the second group rehearse at J Birney Crum? All 3 groups are on early enough that it shouldn't affect anyone's schedule too much. Just trying to think "outside the box".

I'm not even remotely close to being a tax expert. But I've always been told that a donation earmarked for a scholarship fund (not a specific individual) that helps with dues, is tax deductible. A donation earmarked for a specific member, to help with dues, is not tax deductible.

Have any of you contacted DCI about your concerns? If you have, I am just curious as to what kind of response you've received (if any) from DCI.

At the end of June, the Boston Crusaders had housing at Upper Darby HS 601 N Lansdowne Ave., Drexel Hill, PA 19026. According to google, It is 57.9 miles and approximately 1 hr. 7 mins. from J Birney Crum Stadium. I know that's a little far, but when you're running out of options..........
