Hold up! can i change my mind from don't know to say BD win for sure lol. That's truly what my heart is saying, why deny it, I just didn't want to sound too bias. but yeah I voted BD

I dont know Honestly! BD track record proven to be the predictable bet for winning but I dont want to make that call until all shows are on the the field officially. Every year I am in anticipation to see what and who will... but I don't take it for granted that Blue Devils will run away with it, even though I dont mind because they are my heart beat. But I just dont underestimate the field thinking that way. Blue Devils vs the Field really gets me nervous and anxious just the same yearly. It doesn't matter how strong BD have been and the winning in a streak year to year gold and silver. BD in current a year still have to show that they are dominant by bringing something really great to the field. Talk about pressure!!!! So no I cant chose now until the 22nd and 23rd when the premier of the season begin.

What Blue Devils is doing is not recycling. Thats a steep word to use, recycling would be something formality of design and shows. it's more of nodd to the past with few snippets that fits within the idea or concept of the show celebrating their big 60th, to how far they coming from to where they are going, they are evolving again. This year show is something definitely fresh from what they FORMALLY been doing while embracing the past but yet moving to the future. The music is definitely different for them and how they have played it. I agree with you to a level that cadets gets criticized for being too traditional, but I also disagree with that point of view. Cadeta can be traditional for me all day any day and still knock it out of the park. They have been beyond excellent! I Respect Cadets! I just think people just want to see a little modernization from them. But if it nots broken why fix it.

Gabe211 your the man! Looking out for those high quality crisp audio you are promising man.. cool.... Sounds to me for this sneak peek they either left out some parts of the (show)music or decided to change up. Stuff I heard before in firsr recording from trumpets in the opener and grooving intense piece of music with the triumph of time. Since it was rather played in segments in a concert format than flowed in the full run the actual show itself of what I heard before. So thats why sounding disjointed. So maybe they were left out only for the sneak peak. My favorite pieces is definitely Balad and the Crystal fanfare. Amazing, just wow!

Not being bias! even though this year is very significant in drum corps. Great and Special shows coming our way from so many corps, it's insane and with that said without any bias, as i said before but I Strongly Feel BD will be edge above the rest. but that's my feeling and that goes along with also the history of the organization, BD have a smart intelligent team that seem to have a sense of understanding of whats coming from the field around them, they seem to always are a few steps ahead, and that gives them the advantage to know not to underestimate their competition yearly and knows how to keep themselves on the top. The best organization in the activity by far, not from sooth Sayers and simple word of mouth but by the evident fact and yearly following results. I wait patiently to see what unfolds from Metamorph. I Cant wait!

In spite the thoughts on crown predictive placement this year because of staff changes. I really and sincerely and strongly feel this year show of Crown is going be REALLY SPECIAL and unique. i have always admire the corps since many years ago. i predicted their win coming before it happened in 2013 based on what i saw back in 2006 - 2007 shows and onward, because that's when i first started connecting with the corp. They always have a special feel and energy about them, it cannot be denied. And i sat down and analyze them and saw the win coming but didn't know it would be 2013. Blue Devils is my first love and always will be then cavaliers stole a piece of my heart too when i first discovered DCI way back in my teenager years being in marching band. I began to take notice of cadets even more and i have great profound respect for that corp and organization i actually love them. But Carolina Crown Is very very special and i connected with them so much, the way they move and play music. and identity that is reminiscent of the past so classy and elevated but yet so modern and intense, with a great horn line sound and Stella drills. Waiting for the unraveling of this season to begin! what will we see this season? very exciting to know and bursting with anxiousness of the sweet treats that will fill our mouth with delightful variety of taste. hope to not get cavity from it all. Much love crown!

The Flight of the bumble bee is off the hook... yes i do believe they are taking the melodic route this time around and onward.. Well it seem so to me. but you know how they are, will just switch on us the following year, you never know. but yes the melodic sound coming out of them is fantastic Amaaaaaaaazzzzzzing!
