    A somewhat sophomoric attempt to pay homage to Fosse with bent legs, lunges, tacky uniforms, bowler hats, walking sticks and the like, does not show innovation of design. In execution those body shaping images, previously seen, and bit dated, fall short visually. Multiply this with a flawed prop that bisects the field and reduces the drill to a series of follow the leader, up, over, down, and thru the monolith. This equates to a less than medal worthy show. I can listen to this show over and over again. I am less interested in seeing it again...

    Looking forward to watching the show and results from Allentown Friday, posting 9ish West Coast time! I will then log on to the forums and read as the crybabies bemoan Bloo getting the shaft, yet again! I will enjoy watching the ENTIRE show including the flaws inherent in each individual performance. I will accept, or disagree with the results, according to my tastes and yes, bias. I will learn from some wise folks comments in the forums and I will be amazed by the rude, bias remarks of others. I will continue to wonder why there are 2 forums basically bashing the 2 clear leaders of this years activity. Dialogue is healthy, partisan #####ing isn't!...really!

    I'm gay I know musical theatre. I just see gestures and somewhat tacky costuming that evokes Fosse but to what end? Concept doesn't appeal to me after 2 minutes visually. Musical is another topic story, I'll listen to it in the car for daze!!! I realize it's my opinion and I'm sitting on it!

    Every show other than the top 2 are flawed. My opinion begins with skimpy short shorts and bras being about as non flattering as it gets. Time and a place, I just don't see the need... I find the sequins, suspenders, bowler hats (and their use) Quickly become a gimmick. Bloo's lunging and posing are not nearly as effective as the body demands exhibited by BD. Not even close! I think the jagged stage repeatedly interferes with drill. The striped dancing stick remind me of the WB dancing frog. Excuse (or not!) my somewhat pointed criticism. It's because I'm sick and tired seeing BD, and more recently SCV bashed for they're vision. Last year I loved Bloo's vision. This year I find the jagged stage an eyesore. Do it up judges! "Midwest" I suggest your bias should be examined not the judges. Where, wear aside!

    Who would have thought this would work. I LOVED this video! My beloved SCV are confirmed IMO, as Superior...but #### Devils are polished, West Coast, Best Coast! This good with 2 weeks...

    Been to Lucas 4 times, 2 for BOA and twice for DCI. Try Indy in November with 250 kids and all the participating bands in BOA, not exactly boring but a nightmare... I get the (somewhat) central location but I am over it. Fix FLO I'm not going back anytime soon. Levi Stadium is ideal in my California way of thinking!

    The bigger "WOW" is Vanguard winning total Music. The gap naturally narrows with a show of this size with two heavyweights. This is going to get interesting!
