The Board of Directors continue to ignore the 800 pound elephant in the room. Pioneer needs a change at the top.

Clearly Pioneer needs a higher quality staff. I'm not sure Roman is willing to give up design control though. I know a few people who have backed away from Pioneer because of the no guys allowed in the guard. It's hard for someone to turn this corps around with the restrictions put on them.

Log out and log back in and it started working again.

I've never been a fan of the orange trim. Old story. In 97 or 98 Cesario did a uniform for us. It had a grey top (looked kinda like cavies) with a plaid sash and black pants and aussie. Looked so awesome. Roman hated it and we got the 27th lancer things with the spats.

At the show. Clouds rolling in. I hope I at least get to see blue stars

Looking at the radar it's not looking good. My family is still going to head up there, but I'm not buying a ticket till the last minute.

Just back from the show. Great corps, but they need to change venues. It took me 3 corps shows just to get into the stands. Please DCI move this show to a college stadium.

FYI Pioneer has won 3 DCI rings.

A lot of people forget in 99 we lost a lot of membership to Southwind. That really took a toll on us.

I often wonder what would have happened if we would have dropped to div 2 in 99 and won a few championships. Some of the members thought it would have built momentum and brought more kids to the corps.

That's a serious drum corps members dream show. I would look to play that horn book. It's in your face!

I meant Northview, IN because they have the same drill writer.

I was watching the fan network of Scouts thinking "wow this drill looks familiar". Then it came to me that it reminded me of Northview High School. I immediately went to Scouts staff page and their was Northview staff. The visual program as a whole is much better.

No because I know it's a warm-up and I'm not left confused if that was supposed to be part of the show and if it plays into what they are trying to sell to me.

I truly don't despise crown. I'm really digging that opener. When I see it live in July maybe I'll change my tune.
