I have yet to watch the DVD, but, IMO, the audio quality of the 2007 CD is about 1,000,000,000 times better than the audio quality (or lack thereof) of the 2006 CD. B)

Have they been coming UPS like normal??

Has UPS been sending out shipping notifications or not? Has anyone received their DVD without receiving a shipping notification?

My first drum corps show was 1993.......but when I hear the year 1992 the first thing I think of was The Cavaliers first win. 2002 was all about The Cavaliers and how they pretty muched steam rolled over everyone. 2007...too soon to say......could be any of these....time will tell: -West coast finals -Tight scores leading into finals and at finals -Carolina Crown as crowd favorite -Bluecoats beating everyone but ending in 7th -The drama that was The Cadets

I would hire them as designers if I were to do a ballroom/latin dancing type show. :)

I was in this boat also. I may be a Friends of DCI member but I use to also purchase tickets the other way also.......for people that I knew since I would have access to better tickets. I did not receive this email that they are referring to. Oh-well.....both of my orders are now in the hands of DCI....we'll see what happens!!!

Did anyone get to purchase tickets in advance through the mail like last year? You know....those people like myself who use to stand in line all night waiting for tickets?

The process pretty much is that you must decide which sections have more priority.....then keep your fingers crossed!! :)

I have always wished that every corps would do studio type recordings during finals week. I'd even take this over I&E, which I don't attend anyways! You can just hear so much more of the brass parts compared to the live stadium CDs......especially minus the crowd (and stadium lights). :)

I have to go with 1999 Cadets on this one. As for the 2005 Cavaliers.....it just didn't sit well with me. 2005 & 2007 are their only shows this decade where I thought something was missing.....but I'm still not sure what!!!!

Pointless.....since in World Class less corps are from the west coast. Don't get me wrong....I loved California.....but come on!!!

I believe they will have to start in Open class now if they comeback in 2009......at least that is what Magic had to do because they were off for more then 1 year. :(

Oh yes......2001 was the year. I think it had something to do with the white lines on the turf in Buffalo.

I'll second this as being correct. I pretty much guessed back in 2006 that Atlanta would replace the Indy show if Indy got championships.....due to the big turn out there that year!! Probably look for this schedule not to change much over the next ten years also. :)
