I've been trying to get tech support for 15 minutes...they're not answering. I am still get dark picture and low volume. To get the feed I just clicked on the "watch live web cast" icon.

i got tech support - the low volume on the audio is their problem - they are working on it. the clicking is the page auto refreshing - i am asking how to get rid of it. it's intolerable.

PC here...having the same problem...as someone mentioned before, the problem might be in the link...someone tell tech support we cant connect at all!!!

Please keep us updated...there probably isn't any good in having 20 people tell them the same thing.

Just Spoke with Tech support person. They are expierienceing technical difficulties with the audio that they hope to resolve soon.
