JustABandMom Posted August 5, 2007 Share Posted August 5, 2007 I've been trying to get tech support for 15 minutes...they're not answering. I am still get dark picture and low volume. To get the feed I just clicked on the "watch live web cast" icon. i got tech support - the low volume on the audio is their problem - they are working on it. the clicking is the page auto refreshing - i am asking how to get rid of it. it's intolerable. Here's their reply: "Yes, we are experiencing audio issue and are working to resolve it as fast as possible. I apologize for the inconvenience."
