Think it had something to do with the brass instructor. Was it Corky??? Might have been Jack Papa and/or Joe Chizek that spoke about it. Memory a bit thin on all this. Actually Eddie... both men (Corky and Dominic DelRa) were mentored by the same man - Brad Longdo - their styles are similar however... Corky in '71 had already gone over to Rochester Crusaders and We brought Dominic and the Albany crew into Brigadiers... In the fall of '71, I left Brigs to rejoin Corky...
