joefanalum
Ok, we're set up. I'll probably need to do some tweaking, but it's a start.(And I haven't had a chance to update the SrCorps.com front page yet. Probably tomorrow...) Go here: http://community.loudcity.com/stations/diceman-radio/tune_in (It automatically sends you the right stream depending on your bandwidth.) There's an embedded player at the top, and small icons for various players underneath. If you don't want to have to keep the window open for the embedded player, just pick WMP, WinAmp etc. Once the other player loads up, you can leave the page if you want... Have fun and let me know what you think... great site and having fun ... thanks for your effort.... a couple of questions.... do you have schedule that we can see what is coming up or what we missed............... and when I use win media player and close your page I have no way of knowing who is playing.. should I be doing something else..... Thanks again for the music...... Pete

kevingamin
Bummer...I know that people who have TREOs connect to Loudcity with Pocket Tunes... That doesn't do you any good, though... Well, there is a glimmer of hope. I just won a copy of LobsterTunes for Pocket PC. It does streaming audio so we'll see what happens once I install it. Diceman
great site and having fun ... thanks for your effort....a couple of questions.... do you have schedule that we can see what is coming up or what we missed............... Nope, no schedule - for a couple reasons: First of all, it isn't allowed by the DMCA and the various Licensing organizations (RIAA, SESAC, BMI et al)... (Although we can announce when, for example, we're going to play the entire 1965 DCA Finals, 1968 VFW Nationals, etc.) Second of all, unless there are requests queued up the playlist is completely random (by design)... As to a list of what has played already, you can click on the "See More" link at the bottom of the "Plays" section to see a HUGE list of what's been played in the past... (We're also working on a new homepage that will show last-10-played, among other goodies!) and when I use win media player and close your page I have no way of knowing who is playing..should I be doing something else..... Thanks again for the music...... Pete Whether the window is open or not, WMP should be showing what it's playing... Maybe check your display or title settings? Someone here will probably know more about that than I do - I use Winamp! Hope this helps!
